All profits and losses are strictly and solely borne by the user at their own capital risk.

If your external cryptocurrency wallet (such as Binance, TrustWallet, MetaMask, or personal TRC20/BEP20 address) is compromised, hacked, or if you provide an incorrect network or address, TradeVault AI cannot recover funds and holds zero liability for irreversible blockchain transactions.

Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, passwords, and 6-digit security PIN. If an unauthorized third party accesses your account through stolen credentials and initiates withdrawals or trades, the company accepts zero liability for any resulting loss.
